Who is ALPFA San Francisco?

ALPFA San Francisco is a professional organization dedicated to empower Latinos reach their leadership potential. With over 400 members representing more than 45 companies, the chapter is led by a successful network of Latino professionals who volunteer their time to create development and career opportunities for its members.

 

Our chapter hosts a series of career training, leadership development, and networking events, including its two premier annual events: Women of ALPFA and the Student Summit.

 

ALPFA expands Latino leadership in the Global Workforce by developing leaders, creating career opportunities, and helping its members build relationships with the community and ALPFA's business partners.

Who attends Women of ALPFA?

Women of ALPFA attracts a diverse group of Latino professionals that includes decision makers, executives, directors, and junior professionals from a variety of industries. We also have a selected group of students majoring in business related fields. This year we are expecting the following breakout:

​

  • 70% Professionals: Latino professionals, from entry to mid level with an average of 5 years of experience in business or related areas

  •  20% Students: Latino leaders from SF State, St. Mary and UC Berkeley majoring in business related areas

What is the dress code?

We recommend business attire.
